Brigitte Lemercier – Founder
Prior to creating her own company early 2006, Brigitte Lemercier spent twenty seven years with Russell Reynolds Associates, eighteen of them managing their French operation. During her tenure at Russell Reynolds Associates, she has been a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, Chairperson of the Professional Development Committee, Chairperson of the firm’s Best Practices Committee and member of the firm’s Nominating Committee. She was an active member of the firm’s Board and CEO Practice.
Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates in 1979, Brigitte Lemercier spent six years working for Crédit Industriel et Commercial, a French bank, primarily in the International Department.
Brigitte Lemercier has lived around the world, attending high school in Ho Chi Minh City and Washington DC.
Brigitte Lemercier graduated from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris and received her diploma in communications from Institut Français de Presse. She is bilingual in French and English and has a working knowledge in Spanish.
In 2009, Brigitte Lemercier was appointed Chevalier of the Legion of Honour.

Annabelle Vercammen Cuif specializes in serving clients from the B-to-B Products and Services’ Sector.
Her focus is on CEO, Executive Director or non-Executive Director appointments. She also has an established track record conducting management audits and board reviews, advising a broad client base of large and mid cap companies as well as privately owned companies.
Prior to joining NB Lemercier & Associates in 2007, Annabelle Vercammen Cuif had seven years of executive search experience at Russell Reynolds Associates where she was a member of the Industrial/Natural Resources Sector and the Global Automotive and Supply Chain practices.
Annabelle Vercammen Cuif started her career in the cosmetic industry, working for two years in Research & Development, notably at L’OREAL. She received her M.S in Chemistry & Chemical Engineering from Ecole Supérieure de Chimie Physique Electronique de Lyon (CPE Lyon).
She is also Vice Chairman of the “Cercle des Femmes Dirigeantes”, an association that she co-founded and which aim is to foster the promotion of female general managers within Executive Committees of large companies.

Prior to joining N.B. Lemercier & Associés, Florent Proust spent three years working for Plastic Omnium, world leader in the automotive industry and the environment. Within the Group Internal Audit department, he led more than thirty financial and operational audit assignments in Asia, South America, Africa and Europe.
Florent Proust started his career as a financial auditor at KPMG Audit, Paris. He worked four years in the TMT Business Unit. He also conducted numerous audit assignments in the real estate, hospitality and advertising sectors. As a member of the KPMG Foundation, he was a class sponsor in a sensitive urban zone.
He graduated from the French business school, EM LYON, specialising in Finance. He is bilingual in French and English and proficient in German.
